Paolo Bellamoli, vice-president for international projects, the University of Padua，Italy. Paolo Bellamoli is in charge of Fondazione CUOA's international education, training and technical assistance projects. he has been responsible for the identification, formulation and management of international training, capacity building and technical assistance projects in a number of countries. He is experienced in Project Cycle Management as well as in procedures and international contracts of different international organisations, including the European Commission, CDE and UN Agencies. He is International Expert in investment promotion with UNIDO - United Nations Industrial Development Organization.
Prof. Roberto Filippini, professor of Management of Innovation at the University of Padua. He teaches Management of Innovation at the Faculty of Engineering and Management, Padua University. His interests mainly concern the topic of innovation and product development, improvement of competences and knowledge management. He has published many articles and books in this area. He serves as a reviewer for several international journals, including: International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, etc.
